    Caring staff but leadership fails

    I'm grateful for the amazing, kind nursing and therapy staff - my dad's condition improved with effective meds, the room was clean and spacious, and activities like movies and bingo were great. However, office phone service and doctor-family communication need improvement, and management seemed biased in who they kept; I was alarmed by a discharge after 13 days into a psychiatric unit with no follow-up and reports of neglect and COVID-exposure risks. Overall I value the frontline caregivers but have serious concerns about leadership, safety, and facility upkeep.
