    Warm staff, clean home-like facility

I moved my mother into this memory-care community and couldn't be happier. The staff-especially Dawn-are warm, professional and genuinely caring, making the transition easy and treating residents with dignity and patience. The facility is beautiful, clean and home-like with spacious rooms, salon and lovely outdoor spaces, plus lots of activities that keep residents engaged. I feel a real sense of relief and highly recommend this place for safe, attentive, personalized care.

    About Carillon Oaks Lincoln

Carillon Oaks Lincoln is a senior living community that offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services, and it sits in the restored Lincoln High School, which is a National Historic Landmark, so residents can enjoy a bit of history while still having needed care on hand, and it's located close enough for family or friends to stay connected and drop by for a visit if they want. The community has private one-bedroom and studio apartments, with large rooms compared to many other places, and studio apartments for independent living start at $1,750 per month, assisted living starts at $2,750, and memory care studios start at $4,400. Carillon Oaks Lincoln supports residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing, has medication management, offers incontinence care, and provides wellness plans tailored to each person, so people don't have to worry about keeping up with medications or daily routines alone. Seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia have access to specialized memory care and secure environments, and there's a full-time Memory Care Activities Director who plans activities based on what each person likes and remembers, helping them stay active and connected. The community also offers a rich dining experience with chef-prepared meals, a coffee and bistro area for social time, salon visits, and a variety of engaging programs, including planting activities. Most common areas have large windows for sunlight, and some have higher windows that still let in light without direct outside viewing, making the space brighter and welcoming. A staff of CNAs and nurses provide expert care every hour of the day, and the atmosphere tends to be friendly and clean, and there's a particular focus on personalized care and attention. Carillon Oaks Lincoln also has a unique women's memory care community, dedicated just for women who need dementia support, so families looking for that option can find it here. Across different locations-like Mobile, Heflin, and Madison-Carillon Oaks communities have similar features with some variations, but this Lincoln location stands out for its historic setting and the specific programs it offers, such as Know When It's Time, which helps families figure out when care may be needed, and they continue to focus on residents' safety, interests, and wellness above all.
