    Home-like clean facility, customer issues

I toured this nurse-owned, very clean and affordable facility with a beautiful, home-like feel. Activities are great, meals felt homecooked, and residents seemed happy. Most staff were friendly and knowledgeable, doors buzz for safety and there's a single night nurse, but customer service was uneven-Jennifer Eatmon was extremely rude and left me distrustful. Rooms are basic and not initially furnished, the dining area layout is odd, and I don't think it's suitable for memory care.
