Clean facility, but management untrustworthy
I liked the clean facility, pleasant grounds and some genuinely caring staff (Amber was a bright spot) and residents seemed happy with activities. But repeated poor communication (missed medical notices, mail/appointment problems), high turnover, staff neglect/berating, inadequate meals, safety incidents and what I believe were dishonest management practices destroyed my trust. Administration was unhelpful; I urged an investigation and cannot recommend this place.
