    Good short-term rehab, poor long-term

I found the facility clean, modern, and pleasant with nice rooms, strong rehab/physical therapy, active programs (bingo, music, bible study), a free beauty shop, and many daytime staff who were compassionate and attentive. However, long-term nursing care was inconsistent-call buttons and emergency cords ignored, medication and plan-of-care lapses, missing personal items, falls/bedsores reported, and night/weekend staffing and responsiveness were poor. Rooms are tight with shared arrangements, meals are hit-or-miss, and management responsiveness varied. I'd trust this place for short-term rehab but would be very cautious about long-term or dementia care for a loved one.
