Neglectful facility caused father's death
I chose this facility because it looked nice and the administrator and core team seemed dedicated, and early staff were helpful. Over time care declined - chronic staffing shortages, no weekend supervision, a lazy weekend crew, ignored calls for help, dirty/overflowing trash and even suspected staff theft; hospice was unhelpful and it's overpriced, so I do not recommend it. Emergency response is unacceptable - there's no ambulance in town; when my father had a stroke they had to call one from 40 miles away and he died. RIP to my father.
