    Caring staff, severe systemic failures

    I have very mixed feelings. Administrator Erica and several staff were genuinely kind and went the extra mile - their caring attitude was a game changer and often reassuring. At the same time I saw systemic problems: payroll delays and bounced checks, understaffing, missed doctor and dental appointments, and what felt like a money-first mentality (they accept SSI). Communication was poor, some staff were unprofessional and yelled, my brother was treated differently, and basic needs and safety were sometimes neglected. I also experienced troubling financial handling (forced payee/denied discharge/coercion) and suspected exploitation, so I cannot recommend the facility without extreme caution despite the handful of compassionate caregivers.
