    Beautiful grounds but safety concerns

I love the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and clean interior - Evelyn and the staff are very kind, the owner is friendly, bedrooms offer private or shared bathrooms, and the backyard is great for fresh air. My main concerns are the price and safety: I've seen staff driving unsafely (speeding, tailgating, changing lanes without signaling) and phone staff seem unconcerned. Management should address the driving and reprimand the drivers.
