    Caring staff but inconsistent service

I don't see any highlights - please paste them. Meanwhile, here are three very terse first-person example reviews you can use or adapt: - "I moved my mother in and have been impressed by the caring staff, clean rooms, and varied activities - overall reassuring." - "I like the staff and location, but the food and staffing levels are inconsistent; it's okay if you visit first." - "I found the facility understaffed with spotty cleanliness and meals; I would not recommend it without oversight."
