    Great frontline staff, abusive management

The CNAs, caregivers, cooks and PT were exceptional - residents were well-fed, well-groomed, and meds were given promptly in a generally caring, 24-hour environment. But management was abusive and money-minded; I witnessed elderly mistreatment, sewage problems, and dangerous staffing gaps during altercations (often only one staff present). I left early - great frontline staff undermined by hateful, unkind leadership.
