    Small quiet home, attentive caregivers

I'm very pleased with Garden Terrace - a small, quiet 6-resident board-and-care in a residential neighborhood with friendly, involved owners and staff who provide wonderful, attentive care and take residents to appointments. The rooms are OK with very little odor and the place has improved since we moved in, though it could use a mild facelift. My main caveats: activity levels are inconsistent (Julie runs outings and events, but residents are often inactive), and they're cautious about visitors; overall I'd still highly recommend it.
