I'm grateful this community gave my loved one a better, more comfortable life - compassionate, knowledgeable staff who know residents by name, great activities, tasty meals, a clean home-like setting and lovely gardens/patios. The administrator and nurses were responsive and supportive through medical and hospice needs and kept us informed. Note there have been billing/administration headaches and occasional care lapses reported (missing items, wet clothing, supervision issues), so read contracts and watch finances closely. Overall, a caring, high-quality place that improved our family member's quality of life.
