    Instantly treated like family here

I bonded with the staff instantly and was treated like family from day one. The compassionate, attentive, professional team provides 24-hour care and hospice support; meals are well-balanced, varied, and tailored to dietary needs. The immaculate facility—Rita and Roy’s tasteful renovation and lovely patio make it a true coal-to-diamond transformation. I highly recommend this home.

    About Rose Meadow Manor

Rose Meadow Manor sits at 5627 North Bond St in Fresno, California, where the doors open every day from 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon, and what you find inside is a clean, well-kept building with tasteful décor and tidy landscaping outside, a place where staff really pay attention and go out of their way to show compassion and care. Meals come homemade and balanced, and there's always some snacks, too, with enough variety that people don't get bored of eating the same thing every day. Residents take part in planned activities that help with both safety and enjoyment, and there's help for just about everything from medication management to getting dressed or bathing, since they understand that every person has different needs and limitations. Rose Meadow Manor serves as a board and care home, an assisted living place, and a residential care home, so people who live there have 24-hour supervision and personalized help, and even if someone can't walk on their own, there's non-ambulatory support, and incontinence care, too. Home health care services come into play as needed, and staff at Rose Meadow Manor work closely with outside healthcare providers, keeping up with medications and care plans, and making sure families can get expert advice about long-term care, family caregiving, or insurance matters. People who stay there can expect clean surroundings, steady attention, good food, and a team that adjusts to what each resident really needs. Rose Meadow Manor has a strong reputation with a 5.0 rating from a few reviews, and remains a place where older adults can find both safety and dignity without any fuss or hype.
