I lived here five years and the care team and memory-care unit are outstanding - caring, responsive staff, great food most days, and respectful veteran-focused services. But administration and security are rigid and unhelpful: visiting hours aren't posted, I was turned away for being an hour late, security couldn't reach administration, and no exception was made when my family needed to see my father. That lack of compassion, poor communication, and apparent lack of accountability (I even suspected missing items and nepotism) caused real distress. The building and frontline staff are a real asset to Fresno, but management failures and harsh policies make me reluctant to recommend it.
