    Mostly positive, serious memory concerns

I placed a loved one here and was mostly impressed: the building is clean, newer and well-kept with beautiful grounds, larger bright rooms (studios, one-beds, shared suites), great dining (waitstaff, plentiful food/snacks), lots of activities (yoga, tai chi, bingo, outings), and generally pleasant, efficient staff - hospice care was attentive and a billing issue was resolved. It's comfortable, not inexpensive, and farther out but good value for many. That said, I found serious concerns in memory care (lost belongings, delayed emergency response, hygiene lapses) and limited staff screening, so I recommend with caution if you need secure medical/memory support.
