    Caring staff, poor management, overpriced

I had mixed feelings. Anna and several loving caregivers gave excellent, attentive care to my dad and even hosted a nice family Christmas, but the place felt poorly run overall - owner and staff communication was weak, nights appeared understaffed with long gaps in care, and I noticed a stuffy smell and flies. For the price it didn't feel like good value; only recommend if you can closely monitor care.
