Led by Executive Director Lisa, whose commitment to senior care was sparked by personal experience, the team is driven to foster optimal health, well-being, and cultural engagement among all who live there.

The staff at Mission Villa bring a breadth of talents and compassion to the community. Life Enrichment Coordinator Norma draws on a deep background in education, particularly with special needs, ensuring that each resident is supported in expressing their unique personality and connecting with others. Dental Technician Arnie provides vital oral health services, enhancing residents’ overall well-being, while Food Service Director Gigi channels years of healthcare and culinary experience into creating meals that are both nutritious and comforting.

Life at Mission Villa is vibrant and engaging, with programs designed to enrich each resident’s day on an individual basis. The proprietary Associative Activities Program ensures that daily schedules are fluid and responsive to the moods and interests of the community. Moments of joy are found in music, meaningful conversation, and shared hugs, with thoughtful lighting and an empathetic staff lending a sense of warmth and familiarity throughout the living spaces. Nourishment for both body and spirit is a priority—farm-to-table meals fill the air with the comforting aroma of home-cooked food, and singalongs and performances by local musicians add delight and inspiration to each day.

Mission Villa’s approach to care is holistic, prioritizing compassionate touch, social engagement, and the small rituals—like sharing chocolate chip cookies—that transform routine into magic. Throughout the home, residents find thoughtfully designed bedrooms and communal areas that invite relaxation, connection, and a true sense of belonging. The team is committed to supporting residents at every stage of their journey, including access to hospice services when they are needed, always placing comfort and dignity at the forefront. Mission Villa is a place where the connections between residents, staff, and families form the foundation of daily life—a genuine home where each individual is celebrated.
