    Loving professional care, some hiccups

I agonized over placing my mom, but I'm so grateful I chose this facility - Cassandra, Thomas and Brandee (and the weekend team) provided loving, professional hospice/full-time care, kept us informed, and treated her like family. The place is clean, homey and quiet with nice rooms, big windows, social residents and amazing home-cooked meals; staff are caring, on top of things, and genuinely have residents' best interests in mind. It isn't perfect (smaller space than I wanted, and we ran into some poor customer-service hiccups), but overall I strongly recommend this wonderful, transparent, hardworking team.
