I placed my mom here and overall I'm grateful - the staff are kind, patient and truly treat residents like family, the director and admin are experienced and communicative, and the building is very clean with lively activities that keep residents engaged. They handled transitions and hospice thoughtfully and for the most part I felt my mom was comfortable and well cared for. My cautions: it's expensive, food and housekeeping can be inconsistent, many rooms lack private showers, and I have real concerns about memory-care safety/quality (we experienced a fall with a poor explanation). Visit other communities and compare, but if you can afford it and monitor memory-care needs, I would recommend them.
