    Beautiful facility, caring staff, pricey

My mother moved in and I'm impressed: beautiful, hotel-like facility and grounds, very clean, restaurant-style dining with excellent food, lots of activities, and caring staff who know residents by name; skilled therapy, 24-hour nursing and hospital affiliation give me confidence. Management and care coordination were inconsistent - slow tours, occasional inattentive staff, strict pet rules - and the price is high. Overall I'd recommend it for quality and amenities if you can afford it, but confirm costs, management responsiveness, and pet policy first.
