Nice amenities, caring staff, inconsistent
I have mixed feelings. The campus is roomy and convenient - one-bedroom suites, three dining halls, a pond courtyard, transportation - and several staff and leaders (Morgan/the director, nursing and wellness teams) were caring and made my sister feel safe and independent. But service is uneven: rude, disrespectful or unprofessional staff (notably a discriminatory intake manager, CeCe), poor communication, hung-up calls, denied 24-hour care and inconsistent policies led to complaints and some residents moving out - great features, but vet the staff and policies first.
