    Great rehab, but dangerous neglect

I had a very mixed experience at Ingraham Manor: the rehab therapists, some nurses and CNAs (notably Gordon, Noreen and Lisa) were compassionate, skilled and communicative, and visitation/family updates were often excellent. However the facility is chronically understaffed with inconsistent nursing care, delayed or unresponsive call buttons, cleanliness and food problems, and serious incidents (bedsores, pneumonia, hospital transfers and even death with suspected nurse error) that make me very concerned. In short - great rehab and some outstanding staff, but also neglect, poor communication and safety issues; I'd recommend extreme vigilance if you choose this place.
