Caring staff, overall unsafe management
I had a mixed, ultimately troubling experience. Some staff truly cared - Shaniquea and Karen (the administrator) went out of their way and made my mother comfortable - but overall responsiveness was poor, assistance was delayed (I once had to call 911), and I observed safety concerns. Management and some CNAs were unprofessional and dismissive, with derogatory remarks and poor communication about discharge; I can't recommend this facility despite a few caring employees.
