    Homey facility improving, visit recommended

I found a small, homey, very clean facility with warm, attentive staff, lots of daily activities (bingo, music, outings), very good home-style food, and handy amenities like Wi-Fi/cable, laundry, salon and on-site nursing/doctor visits. My experience included some downsides - narrow, cramped hallways/rooms and reports of past communication, medication and safety lapses - but new management/staff changes seem to be improving care. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend touring carefully and confirming current staffing and safety practices before deciding.
