Compassionate staff, safety operational concerns
I give this facility a high overall rating because the staff are overwhelmingly compassionate and resident-focused - CNAs Iesha and Tia, social worker James, Angie (and new admin Katrina), D.O.N. Stacy, Marie from wound care, Chuck in the gym, Liz at the front desk and Dr. Vince all went above and beyond for my husband. Therapy is phenomenal (top-tier PT/OT), the kitchen and activities (taco night, cookouts) lift spirits, rooms are very clean, and the rehab/long-term care teams are professional and caring. That said, management turnover and past poor leadership, recurring maintenance and call-button issues, several reports of theft/security concerns and occasional missed care (including medication lapses) are serious problems that need addressing. Overall I'm grateful for the caring staff and would recommend the facility with caution until the operational and safety gaps are fixed.
