Tidy, caring staff but unsafe
I have mixed feelings. The facility is clean, budget-friendly, and offers home-cooked meals, hot tea on request, regular activities (exercise, singing, bingo, church), pet-friendly outdoor seating and good bathing options - the owner and many staff were caring and attentive. However, management can be overbearing, I noticed medication timing problems and signs of pests, rooms are small/semi-private, and nighttime felt unsafe with dark walkways, no in-room phones or emergency devices. Overall: tidy and active with loving staff at times, but serious safety and management concerns.
