    Warm staff, friendly, safety concerns

I liked the warm, caring staff, homey clean building, active social life and generally good meals - my loved one felt welcomed and made friends. That said I have serious safety concerns: reports of staffing shortages, neglect, a wandering/death incident, nonworking cameras and lax exit security left me uneasy. Management and communication were mixed; rooms felt small/dated and parking/outdoor space is limited, and pricing can be high. Overall I'd recommend cautiously for low-care residents who will thrive in a friendly, family-like setting - but I would NOT place a high-dependency loved one here until verified security, staffing and supervision improvements are made.
