    Caring staff, unsafe systemic failures

I had a very mixed stay. The CNAs and many nurses were warm, caring and clinically competent, PT was impressive, and the updated, clean facility felt comfortable and welcoming. But chronic short-staffing and poor management created serious safety problems - long call-light waits (30+ min), missed/late meds, IV left running, dirty gloves on the floor, ignored bathing, mismanaged vitals, and a fall that broke a wrist - making it unsafe for high-risk patients. Meals and dietary management were often inappropriate, laundry was slow, and staff communication was inconsistent. I left after two days and recovered better at home; I appreciate the hardworking front-line staff but would not trust this place with frail or high-risk loved ones.
