Paradise Creek of Olympus Retirement Living sits at 640 N Eisenhower St, Moscow, Idaho, and offers both Independent Living and Assisted Living options for adults aged 55 and older, and you'll find the place is actually two campuses, one named Paradise Creek and another one called Fairview Estates, both designed with seniors' comfort and safety in mind, and you get a choice between one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments, even some twin homes, with home sizes that start at 523 and go up to 650 square feet, and all are age-restricted so only seniors live there. The community provides furnished rooms if needed, and there's housekeeping, laundry, and even dry cleaning services taken care of, so residents don't have to worry about chores. Meals are included, and food is served three times a day in a dining room, with all-day dining options too, and staff can prepare special diets for people with allergies or diabetes-nobody has to cook or clean up after, which many find quite a relief. The support team speaks English and is available 24 hours a day, with emergency alert systems and a 24-hour call system, and there's always someone on hand to help with bathing, dressing, transfers, daily tasks, and medication management, allowing each person to maintain comfort and routine while receiving help as needed. Some residents need extra help or monitoring, especially if they've recently been hospitalized or require skilled nursing following an illness or surgery, and both non-ambulatory care and coordination with healthcare providers are part of what's available, so people feel supported if their health changes. For getting around and staying active, Paradise Creek of Olympus Retirement Living offers transportation and parking and is wheelchair accessible, so residents can join organized trips to local shopping or community-sponsored events and activities, because having places to go and things to do can help people stay happier and more connected. Inside, there's a dining area and several community spaces-a garden to walk in, an arts room to try crafts, a barber and salon for haircuts, plus a path for walking or rolling along, and pets are allowed, which is nice for those who want to bring a furry companion. Residents can choose how much help or independence they want, and staff help new residents get settled in with move-in coordination, which smooths the transition, making it feel a little less overwhelming. The campus has amenities like fitness and recreation areas, a schedule of community events, educational and social activities, and planned gatherings, so those who want to be involved can meet neighbors and stay mentally and physically engaged. Paradise Creek of Olympus Retirement Living runs from 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon, with maintenance-free services to remove the burden of home care, while staff handle the details so residents can enjoy hobbies, participate in events, or just relax in their own way. Parking is included, and each residence has telephone access, so staying in touch with family or arranging appointments is simple. Many find this community offers a balance of comfort, support, and independence at a budget-friendly price, and with a range of floor plans-like the Paradise Creek and Fairview Estates layouts-residents can choose what fits best, all within a mid-rise building that's built for safe, maintenance-free living in a supportive environment. More information is always available at paradisecreekrl.com, if you want to look at the specifics of what each campus offers or see photos of the housing options and amenities.

Clean facility but unsafe management
I found the facility very clean, with many friendly, attentive caregivers and engaging activities - nursing staff were often wonderful and residents seemed to enjoy themselves. Unfortunately my overall impression was mixed: management was inconsistent (some flexible and understanding, others terrible and silent), orders were sometimes not entered causing delayed pain relief and a traumatic episode for a resident, and I witnessed staff bullying, dietary gaslighting, and disruptive harassment during meals and wake-ups. The CEO did respond to my complaint, and there are genuine growth opportunities and a strong culture for some employees, but because of the safety and management issues I would be cautious and advise others to consider alternatives.
