I loved the delicious food and found the staff consistently caring, professional, and attentive; the building is beautiful and very clean, and their COVID response impressed me. But I was frustrated by inconsistent admissions and leadership - conflicting information, what felt like deceptive screening, and managers who ignored or belittled residents. Activities and transportation were spotty (often only one activity a day, scheduling conflicts, insufficient drivers, outings clashing with laundry), and I noticed safety/space concerns like small studio rooms and unsecured exterior doors/no nurse at night.
