    Warm homelike care; inconsistent staffing

I've had firsthand experience with this small, home-like assisted living (about 35-40 residents). The staff are warm and family-oriented, nursing is attentive, the food is excellent, and there are lots of activities (movie/Wii/theater, garden, PT on-site). Rooms are large with private baths and it's convenient to doctors/hospitals with transportation available. My concerns: management can feel revenue-driven, staffing is inconsistent (weekends/evenings/night shortages, turnover), and I've seen lapses (missed meds/meals, emergency buttons/issues, past regulatory problems). Overall I'd recommend touring and confirming current staffing and care quality - it can be wonderful if those are solid.
