Friendly community, inconsistent management; caution
I love living here - helpful, friendly staff and great neighbors, lots of activities, meals in common areas, a community van, garden and nice outdoor seating; it's peaceful, well-maintained and my mom enjoyed her time and made great friends. That said, property management can be inconsistent, some staff are rude or unhelpful, and there have been serious complaints (even evictions/legal disputes), so I recommend caution.
