    Great rehab, unsafe memory care

I had a horrific experience with the memory unit - unsafe conditions, poor cooperation with family, staff/management denied care despite injuries (gashes, fractures), inadequate physical therapy, unclear visitor policy, and an unwelcoming, disrespectful atmosphere that led me to relocate my loved one and report issues to the State Board of Health after a security incident. That said, other parts of Mosonic Home are excellent: very clean, well-maintained, friendly staff, great food, and the rehab pool/aerobics and outsourced therapists were outstanding. I would recommend it for short-term rehab but not for memory-care placement.
