    Bright, friendly facility; limited memory-care

I toured this bright, clean, well-decorated facility and liked the friendly staff, active activity program, and peaceful courtyard/porch. Rooms come with microwaves and fridges and laundry is provided, but studios are quite small and units are often full. Staff are generally warm and helpful, yet nursing care and communication can be inconsistent - some nurses were brusque and follow-up was poor. Meals were hit-or-miss nutritionally. Crucially, memory care is limited/not available, so it's not a fit for dementia needs. Overall I liked the community and amenities, but weigh the small unit size, cost, and care limitations before deciding.
