    Caring staff but concerning issues

I've had a mixed experience: the therapy/rehab team, many nurses and aides were caring and helped my mom regain mobility - the facility is clean, welcoming, active, and conveniently located with thoughtful activities. However, staffing shortages, inconsistent communication, delayed meds/meals, and occasional neglect/safety and cleanliness concerns (rumors and isolated incidents) worried me; leadership did resolve some issues when alerted. I'd recommend with caution - tour the place, ask about staffing and recent complaints before deciding.
