    Untrained staff neglectful dirty unsafe

I would not recommend this facility. In my experience the staff were untrained, uncaring and disorganized - medications were often delayed (once by as much as nine hours), inhalers missed, call lights ignored, and care felt neglectful and unsafe. The DON screamed at me, nurses were rude, and the building was dirty (overflowing commodes, bedbug reports, suspected food poisoning). A few caregivers were compassionate, but overall it's expensive, not family- or resident-centered, and I worry about patient harm and privacy violations.
