Run-down facility with inconsistent care
I had a mixed but mostly negative experience. A few caregivers were loving, attentive and ran good activities (Bible study, dog visits, Bingo) that felt family-like, but the facility was run-down, dirty and smelled, with very low morale and poor cleanliness. Management was unresponsive, residents were moved repeatedly (six moves in under six months), basic ADLs weren't reliably provided, and safety lapses harmed residents - oxygen was mishandled (reported as low as 59%), bedsores/infections occurred, and a friend died there. Some staff were kind and dedicated, but overall I would not recommend this place.
