Good community but medication failures
I chose Silver Pond because the community is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, meals/snacks are on time, activities are plentiful, and it felt like good value that fit what I was looking for. Nursing staff have been very kind and person-centered, but medication self-administration restrictions and meds not being given on time led to several falls and my husband had to move to the nursing side - which costs about three times as much. He's happier in the main Silver Pond community than in the expensive nursing wing.
