    Homey community caring staff incident

I chose this place because it's close to home and the rooms are comfortable and homey. The staff are caring, professional, and go above and beyond - the community is clean, safe, active (holiday events, ice cream sundaes, Bible study and lots of planned activities) and feels like family. I did have one incident where inadequate shower assistance led to a fall and an urgent-care visit, but staff responded quickly and have been attentive and compassionate since. Overall I feel well cared for, would highly recommend it, and think it's great value.
