Affordable and convenient but pet-unsafe
I live here and have mixed feelings. I'm worried about dog-related safety - there was an incident involving a wheelchair user and ongoing pet-care neglect and unclear pet policies that leave residents afraid. Positives: affordable apartments, good security and an attentive site coordinator, very convenient to shopping and medical care, with helpful onsite amenities (exercise room, pool table, salon, library, community room) and mature trees; the buildings are plain but functional.
