Clean, caring staff; management concerns
I toured the Homestead with a family member and was impressed: very clean, beautiful, well-maintained grounds, homey rooms and convenient parking. Staff and caregivers were attentive, helpful and responsive; the food and dining areas were excellent and there are plenty of activities. My main concerns were managerial issues, broken promises and high staff turnover. Overall I felt my family member was safe and well cared for and would recommend a tour, though it wasn't the right fit for me personally.
