    Friendly, clean facility with caveats

I toured twice and spent a long visit with staff-everyone was friendly, informative and caring. The building is clean, well-maintained, light and airy with a lovely courtyard, roomy dining area, great food, and lots of activities; on-site memory care and a family-like atmosphere gave me real peace of mind. Be aware there have been occasional maintenance and staffing hiccups, slow response times, and significant price increases, and it's not equipped for higher nursing needs.
