    Understaffed negligent overpriced nursing home

I placed my loved one here when it was nicer, but my experience devolved into a nightmare: understaffed, profit-driven care with negligent CNAs, ignored call lights, delayed meds, missing meals, bed sores, poor hygiene/bed-bug bites and disrespect toward patients and families. Management provided no oversight-staff slept shifts, reused dropped items, over-sedated or restrained without consent, and jewelry went missing; it's outrageously overpriced (~$85K+/yr). On the plus side the grounds, housekeeping, PT and some medical/therapy staff and the food were very good. Do not put your loved one here - I moved mine out and they recovered at home.
