    Rude neglectful staff and unsanitary

I placed a loved one here and deeply regret it. Staff were rude, disrespectful, and often distracted by phones; care was inattentive and neglectful, with unsanitary conditions (rooms smelled like feces) and incidents that risked serious harm. Administration didn't communicate with family - a few compassionate employees exist, but overall I cannot recommend this facility.
