Understaffed unclean neglectful poor management
I was hopeful at first - some rehab therapists and a few staff were helpful and friendly - but overall my experience was awful. The facility is understaffed and inconsistent: phones unanswered, receptionists rude or absent, promised therapy often never provided, and basic personal care (baths, shaving) neglected. Rooms and equipment were dirty and worn, food was poor, insurance/billing was unclear with surprise charges, and transportation was cut to ambulance-only. Management under new ownership seemed profit-driven and unresponsive; I removed my loved one and would strongly warn others to avoid long-term placement here.
