Riverfront community with attentive staff
I placed my mom here and love the riverfront setting, plentiful activities (salon, outings, exercise, bingo) and many staff who are kind, attentive, and often go above and beyond. Dining is generally good and rooms have great views, but the building is older, some rooms are small, and we saw occasional maintenance, housekeeping, staffing and communication issues that affected care. Overall I recommend it for active seniors who value community and location-just confirm care levels, fees and housekeeping expectations up front.
