    Caring staff clean home, pricey

I placed my mom here and overall we're very pleased - the home is clean, warm and well-maintained with a lovely yard/deck, and the staff are attentive, caring and professional, providing excellent 24/7 care and clear communication. Residents enjoy activities, shared meals and a family-like atmosphere, though it is expensive (~$13,000/mo) and there are issues to note: early meals can be pre-packed (improving), kitchen/TV noise, worn furniture, laundry and wheelchair deck access need attention, and management could be more proactive. Despite those drawbacks, I would recommend this community.
