Beautiful facility but poor care
I liked the beautiful, well-kept, home-like facility, and many staff (Wanda and several nurses) were caring, professional, and attentive with good on-site medical/therapy services. However, I experienced chronic understaffing, high turnover and poor aide training-slow bathroom response, small meal portions/feeding issues, lack of activities and some falls that caused real harm. Billing and admissions felt pushy and greedy; unexpected fees and a prepaid amount I paid wasn't fully refunded. I'd consider it for short respite stays, but I would not trust it for long-term, high-care needs.
