Beautiful facility, costly, inconsistent care
I had a family member at this community. The facility is beautiful - elegant hillside setting, nice rooms, great activities, strong therapy, and many staff are kind, professional, and caring. That said, costs are very high with steep increases and extra fees, and billing/management issues emerged after a takeover. Staffing is often thin, care inconsistent (missed meds, slow assistance), and I noticed occasional cleanliness and safety lapses. Overall, good for fairly independent residents who want activities and social life; not a place I'd trust for reliable high-level or memory care.
