    About Safe Haven Manor

Safe Haven Manor sits in Sudlersville, Maryland, and has room for up to sixteen seniors who need a bit of help with daily living or memory care. The staff there, including licensed nurses, stay around at all hours, and others help folks get dressed, take a bath, or handle bathroom needs, even for people with dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's. Residents can get their own one-bedroom unit or share a room, and many rooms have a washer and dryer, plus the whole building has a security system and keypad entry, so everybody's as safe as possible. People who move in get a care plan that fits their unique needs, and if someone needs extra help switching homes, the staff will support them.

The grounds have garden spaces, porches, and areas for outdoor relaxation, and inside you'll find shared areas like a reading room, library, movie room, fitness area, and games room for things like bingo and cards. The team runs activities every day-music therapy, animal therapy, crafts, even art and fitness sessions, along with parties for holidays and birthdays. There's help for people who need it, whether it's getting in and out of bed, organizing medicine, or just getting around, and the team watches over everybody day and night. Safe Haven Manor cooks three homemade meals each day, and the kitchen can make changes for people with diabetes or blood pressure issues.

Families can set up a visit or ask questions by picking up the phone, and there's an information section for those who want to know about doctors, hospitals, and other resources nearby. The place doesn't take Medicare unless it's been certified, and there's space for new residents when openings come up. Safe Haven Manor keeps things feeling homey, with plenty to do, enough private space to relax, and the kind of help that makes everyday living a bit easier, while the grounds stay calm and welcoming for both seniors and their families.
